Patti's Sausage Stars

Sausage and Cheese Filled Wonton

Ingredients:
1 Pound Pork Sausage
1-1/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1-1/4 Cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Cup Prepared Ranch Dressing
1 (4-oz) can Sliced Black Olives, drained
1 tsp. Ground Red Pepper (cayenne) or to taste
1 pkg Wonton Wrappers

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage and drain thoroughly. Combine drained sausage with cheese, drained olives, dressing and red pepper. Lightly grease mini-muffin tins. Press one wonton wrapper in each cup and bake 5 minutes. Remove from the tins and place on baking sheet. Fill each wonton with sausage mixture. Bake an additional 6 - 8 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Serve warm

Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
