Rasberry Jello Salad

Rasberry Jello with pineapple, blueberry and nuts with creamy topping

Ingredients:
1 can crushed Pineapple
1 large box raspberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 can blueberry pie filling
1/2 cup chopped nuts (your choice)

Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Chill one large can crushed pineapple. Dissolve 1 large box rasberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add 1 large can chilled crushed pineapple, 1 can blueberry pie filling and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Refrigerate until it is completely set.

Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, 8 oz. sour cream and 1/2 cup sugar and spread over Jello. Refrigerate until set
